Flood in Fenton

Rising waters in meramec river flooded a major intersection in Fenton. This is a picture that was taken a couple of days after the intersection was closed. You can see the exit and entry ramps into the freeway under water.

Is that the 141 and 44 intersection? I wanted to go by there to see what the flood looks like, but was too chicken to get stuck in traffic. Thanks for showing it to me.
