Many Thanks Card

This ‘Many Thanks!’ card has eight different layers. The flower on the top layer is hand drawn to match the print and water colors were used to paint it. I used gel pens to go over the borders of the flowers on the print to give it some dimension. I love the feel of handmade paper and used it as the base for the card.

I made this card for Katharina’s 10,000 hits blog candy challenge.

Supplies: Plain and printed cardstock, handmade paper, vellum, ribbons, water color paint, gel pens

Thank you for your lovely comment on my blogg. If you press the link Claudia (Rosaswelt), you will find a description on how to make this card. She have a lot of descriptions on how to make her kind of cards. Take a look.
And one thing, I am not German, I am Norwegian. Maybe I should be writing in English too.... Have a lot of hit from people outside of Norway, hmmm good idea.

What a wonderful card Bhanu! My compliments on the handdrawn flower, it is gourgeous. Wonderful colours and paper. A beautiful interpretation of my sketch.
